簡介

李冠霆律師擅長處理各級法院的刑事及民事案件，擁有豐富的經驗，尤其是渉及刑事、家事法、意外索償及保險的訴訟。

李律師已處理數以千計的刑事案件，他經常在渉及販毒、性罪行、盜竊及傷人等控罪的案件中在各級法院代表當事人。他亦曾代表銀行總裁、上市公司董事及高級公務員等在重大刑事案中進行辯護。

在家事法方面，李律師曾在一宗家庭資產超過2億港元的離婚訴訟案中代表呈請人，他經常在法庭聆訊中代表當事人申請禁制令、爭取子女管養權及贍養費。

李律師亦曾多次獲邀岀席電視及電台節目擔任專業嘉賓，提供法律意見。

他經常代表受害人和保險公司處理各類人身傷害索賠及工傷案件。李律師亦會就保單條款的爭議，為保險公司和投保人提供法律意見。

​Profile of Ivan Lee Kwun Ting

Ivan has extensive experience in litigation, especially in criminal, family, personal injuries and insurance related litigation. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases involving the offences of trafficking in dangerous drug, rape and bribery etc.

He has considerable experience in acting as an advocate in the Family Court representing litigants to fight for custody of children, claim maintenance and obtain injunctions. He acted for the Petitioner in a divorce suit involving family assets of over HK$200 million.

Ivan acts for insurance companies, insured parties and victims in personal injury claims, including claims arising from different types of disaster cases. He frequently advises both insurance companies and insured parties in relation to disputes involving policy terms and conditions.
